Oklahoma City, Okla. – okc.BIZ Magazine recently released the 2014 “Best of Business” rankings, a detailed list of the Oklahoma City metro’s best businesses across several distinct categories. InterWorks placed first in the “Best Information Technology Company” category, making this the fourth consecutive year in which they received the top honor.
Towards the beginning of each year, okc.BIZ holds the “Best of Business” competition. The competition is open to all Oklahoma-based businesses, covers various industries and is decided online by popular vote. The winner of each category is the company which received the most votes.
“We think readers and customers voted for us because we’ve made a positive impact on the way they do business,” CEO Behfar Jahanshahi said. “Our solutions are designed to help other businesses succeed. The work we perform isn’t just transactional; we’re committed to fostering close relationships with each and every client. Constant Organic Growth
Growth at InterWorks is an organic process, never forced. Since starting in 1996, InterWorks has experienced steady growth from year to year. Over the past few years, InterWorks has grown by leaps and bounds. This growth remains organic, thanks in part to increasing demand in the ever-booming fields of IT and data. In 2014 alone, InterWorks created 20+ jobs in Oklahoma and even more on a national scale to support the desire for such services. Their European division followed suit, with several new hires in their UK office.
